Robert "Bobby" Helmer

Robert "Bobby" Helmer, PharmD, is an Associate Clinical Professor at Auburn University's Harrison School of Pharmacy. He joined the Mobile campus faculty in August 2012 and practices with the Internal Medicine services at the University of South Alabama Medical Center.

• Residency: PGY1/PGY2 Pharmacotherapy at University of Tennessee Medical Center and College of Pharmacy (2010-2012)

His professional focus areas include respiratory and neurological disorders, while emphasizing patient education and health literacy. As Assistant Director of Experiential Programs-Mobile, he oversees IPPE, APPE, IPE, and co-curricular activities for students in the Mobile region.
